Ms. Tutuncuoglu handles more particularly litigation related to transportation of goods by road, air, sea and rail along with proceedings as to recognition and enforcement of international judicial decisions and arbitral awards.

Ms. Tutuncuoglu is a graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University and completed her LL.M. degree in International Commercial Law in 2014 at the University of Exeter. During her LL.M., she has studied and written articles in the fields of ‘Marine Insurance Law’,’Carriage of Goods by Sea’, ‘International Trade Law’ ‘Energy Law’ and ‘Environmental Law’.

Ms. Tutuncuoglu has written her dissertation under the title of ‘Comparison Between England and Turkey regarding Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Commercial Arbitral Awards’.

Ms. Tutuncuoglu is a member of Istanbul Bar Association since 2011.
