He also brings and pursues criminal actions such as fraudulent bankruptcy; abscond property from collector and “not to claim bankruptcy upon creditor’s request” under Enforcement and Bankruptcy Code and Turkish Criminal Code.

Mr. Kömüç has also provides legal consultation on specific proceedures on collection of lease receivables and evacuation process.

He has been pursuing actions regarding many different bankrupted debitors or debitors which are in the process of bankruptcy.
